YAMUNA® FOOT FITNESS YFF focuses on developing your foundation and rebuilding healthy foot function through a series of routines to raise your arches, realign your ankles and prevent future foot problems. Taught in a class or workshop setting and offered in private SOLEBODY FOOT THERAPY session.

Solebody Foot Therapy private sessions: initial session 1.5hr - addresses specific or hidden foot issues, personalized assessment/correction of walking/running gait, identify and correct though hands on and YFF, injury zones (how the foot is affecting the body, internal systems and external muscle/bone function).
